RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at helpdesk.aemaze@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then our delivery partner will pick up the product from your location.
Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
REFUNDS
After our delivery partner picks up the product and verifies the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refund will be credited by the original payment method in 3 -5 business working days from the receipt of your item.
EXCEPTIONS
Please Note
Returns will be accepted only in the case if product is damaged/torn or broken or different product is received.
If wrong size is ordered by the customer and if he/she wish to return the product in such cases no return/refund is processed.
These conditions will be strictly followed on all print on demand products.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation is allowed for 4 hours from the time of order placement or till the order not gone for printing process. Such cancellation request can be raised through our contact us form.
Once cancellation request is approved full refund will be provided through the original payment method.
